Report a problem
How to complain about something on Deaf Help India, and what happens next.
Fastest way: report it in the app
Every service profile, work request, message and review has a Report button. Using it sends us the exact item you are reporting, so we can act on it faster than we can from an email. You can also Block anyone, which stops them messaging you or sending you new requests straight away — you do not need to wait for us.

Write to us about anything on the platform: harassment, a fake profile, content you think should not be here, a privacy concern, or a decision of ours you disagree with, such as a suspended profile.
What happens after you write
- We confirm we received it within 48 hours.
- We look into it and tell you what we decided, within 15 working days.
- We act. Depending on what we find, that can mean removing content, suspending a service profile, or suspending an account.
If you are not satisfied with our decision, you can take the matter further under Indian law, including to the Grievance Appellate Committee.
What helps us act faster
- The name shown on the profile, and a link to it if you have one
- What happened, in your own words — simple English is fine
- When it happened
- A screenshot, if you have one
You do not need perfect English or legal words. Tell us what happened.
If you are in danger
This page is for problems with the platform. If someone has threatened you, hurt you, or taken your money, that is a matter for the police, not only for us. Report it to them as well. Our Emergency page can help you communicate.
We cooperate with lawful requests from the police and the courts.
